Servo Warranty Information

Scale Speed, LLC – 1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

At Scale Speed, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and a great customer experience. However, if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered. All Scale Speed servos purchased new through an authorized Scale Speed dealer or through our website are backed by a 1-year (12-month) limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required to validate your warranty claim. If you do not have a receipt, we cannot verify eligibility.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation
  • Impact damage, water damage, or corrosion
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Damage to wiring, connectors, or housings during installation or removal
  • Stripped or broken gear sets beyond 90 days from purchase

Gear Set Coverage
Stripped or broken gear sets are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase (receipt required). A replacement gear set will be provided once per product within that period.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Submit an RMA Request
    Email us a copy of your receipt and a photo of your servo. Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible to help us process your claim efficiently.
  2. Approval & Shipping Instructions
    Once your claim is reviewed, you’ll receive an email with your RMA number and return instructions. You are responsible for shipping the item to Scale Speed, LLC.

  3. Inspection & Processing
    After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and update you via email.

  4. Resolution
  • If your product qualifies for warranty coverage, a replacement unit will be shipped to you at no cost.
  • If the warranty claim is denied, you will be responsible for return shipping should you wish the product returned.


Important Notes

Emailed receipts from online purchases are accepted, as long as they clearly include the store name, purchase date, and product SKU.

Warranty claims without an RMA number will not be processed. Unauthorized returns will be held until return shipping fees are paid.

Please allow 48 hours for processing once received. Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased through authorized Scale Speed dealers or scalespeed.com. Claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers will be denied.
