The EMB-TG is built on the same platform that LC Racing introduced in 2012, when they set the standard in high-quality race-ready small scale vehicles with the EMB-1. Optimized and refined over the years, the EMB series continues to provide the most competitive 1/14 scale 4WD options today, without breaking the budget.

The ESC can be programmed by using the built-in SET button, or the optional Hobbywing LED Program Card (30501003), sold separately, using the throttle cable.

Note: Refer to the new HD Differential instructions when assembling, if you are confused by the included manual's potentially outdated differential assembly process. There should be an insert including this new process, or even the newest manual that describes it, but if not, refer to the HD Differential instructions above.

What's the difference between Ready-to-Run, Kit, and Pro Kit?

The following information is specific to the 1/14 lineup:

  • RTRs include everything you need to run except a charger.

  • Kits do not include any electronics except for the servo (you must supply the motor, ESC, transmitter, receiver, battery, and charger). They may include some additional parts beyond the ready-to-run version, such as multiple pinion options, titanium nitride shock shafts, etc.

  • Pro Kits include a motor and ESC (you must supply the transmitter, receiver, battery, and charger). They also include carbon upper decks, rear CVAs, multiple shock spring options, and aluminum wheel hexes.
